On December 19, 2025, the "Printmaking 100- Collection Exhibition for 2023-2024" opened at the Shenzhen Academy of Fine Arts Museum. The exhibition showcases the masterpieces of 73 outstanding domestic printmaking artists, presenting a panoramic view of the contemporary creative landscape and the spirit of the times of Chinese printmaking through diverse printmaking styles and profound narratives. As a brand exhibition project that has been deeply rooted for 11 years, "Print 100" has attracted more than 600 artists to participate since its launch in 2014, becoming an important academic platform for recording the development trajectory of Chinese printmaking. This exhibition is guided by the Shenzhen Federation of Literary and Art Circles, jointly organized by the Shenzhen Public Culture and Art Creation Center (Shenzhen Academy of Fine Arts) and the China Guanlan Printmaking Original Industry Base. It has received funding from the Shenzhen Municipal Promotion and Cultural Development Special Fund and academic support from professional institutions such as the Printmaking Art Committee of the China Artists Association, ensuring the professionalism and authority of the exhibition. The exhibition works are carefully selected from the award-winning, selected, and published works of the annual important domestic printmaking exhibition, covering multiple core plate types such as woodcut, copperplate, stone plate, silk screen plate, and comprehensive plate. They not only continue the spirit of the emerging printmaking movement in China in the 1930s, which aimed to awaken the public and reflect reality through art, but also incorporate innovative expressions of contemporary art.
