The first Huang Binhong Art Biennial Exhibition in Zhejiang Province, jointly organized by the Zhejiang Artists Association, the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China Jinhua Municipal Committee, the Jinhua Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the People's Government of Wucheng District, Jinhua City, opened at the Wucheng District Water Sports Center. The Huang Binhong Art Biennial Exhibition is a cultural event in Zhejiang Province that faithfully implements the "88 Strategy" and strives to create an "important window". It is a new initiative for Jinhua to build its urban cultural brand and will permanently settle in Wucheng as a brand event for the Provincial Artists Association to promote Binhong art. The first Huang Binhong Art Biennial in Zhejiang Province received over 1400 submissions and 183 selected works, covering various art forms such as Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking, watercolor and powder painting, and comprehensive material painting. With the goal of showcasing the new era painting of Zhejiang, the exhibition focuses on inheriting and promoting Huang Binhong's artistic and academic spirit. The exhibition will be held from December 4, 2023 to January 4, 2024.
